  • What's your refund policy for cancellations?

    Group Outings:


    • You are eligible for a full refund until 30 days before the outing. Cancellations made within 29 days of the outing are non-refundable.

    Event Planning Services:

    • Full refunds are available up to 90 days before the event.
    • Cancellations 30-89 days before the event qualify for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations within 29 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • How will refunds be processed?

    Refunds are issued through the original payment method, whether it's Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, or Square. For payments made via cashier’s check or money order, a check will be mailed to the address we have on file within 10 days, in accordance with our refund policy.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Hempy's Events accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Square for all transactions.

  • Can I use an international credit card?

    At this moment, Hempy's Events does not accept international credit cards.

  • Are cashier’s checks or money orders acceptable?

    Yes, you can make payments with cashier's checks or money orders. We do not accept personal checks. Please get in touch with our support team for more details.

  • Is there a catalog available?

    Hempy’s Events does not offer a catalog, as our services are tailored to each client's unique requirements.
