We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a comprehensive refund policy for our services purchased through our website. Please note that our refund policy excludes Mission initiatives and Book purchases. Should you find yourself needing a refund, rest assured that we process these requests diligently, with reimbursements completed within 14 business days. Below, we provide detailed guidelines on how our refund policy applies to various services:

Group Outings

• Full Refunds: We are happy to offer full refunds for cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled group outing.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 29 days of the group outing.

Event Planning & Services

• Full Refunds: For our event planning services, full refunds are available if the service is canceled up to 90 days before the event date.
• Partial Refunds: Should you need to cancel between 30 to 89 days before the event, we offer a 50% refund.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 29 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds.
